Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that if you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum notice of 2 hours. Failure to provide sufficient notice or non-attendance will result in a fee of $20.
COVID Exemption Certificates: Please note that we do not provide COVID exemption certificates.
Telehealth Appointments: Telehealth appointments are available for patients who have attended the clinic face to face within the last 12 months. If you meet this criteria, we can arrange a telehealth consultation for your convenience.
